Re-Take Your Assessment
Six weeks ago, in module zero, you scored yourself across ten domains and you dated it. Today you take that exact same assessment again. This is the moment the whole course has been quietly building toward — not my promise to you, your own evidence, in your own handwriting. Let's do it.

Hook
Six weeks ago, in module zero, you scored yourself across ten domains and you dated it. Today you take that exact same assessment again. This is the moment the whole course has been quietly building toward — not my promise to you, your own evidence, in your own handwriting. Let's do it.
Same instrument, no peeking
Pull out a fresh copy of the same ten-domain assessment. And here's the rule: do not look at your old scores first. Score yourself today, fresh, honestly — your first gut answer on each domain, one to five, exactly like before. No peeking at the baseline, because I don't want today's number influenced by what you remember scoring. Take it clean. Then we'll compare.
Compare to baseline
Now pull up your dated module-zero sheet — the one I made you save. Put them side by side, today next to six weeks ago. And look. Most people are genuinely surprised here. The domains you actually practiced — they moved. Sometimes a lot. Even though, day to day, it felt like nothing was happening — that was the lag. The change was accruing the whole time, underneath the feeling, and now you can see it laid out in two columns. That gap between the columns is real, and you made it.
Honor the flat ones
Now, some domains won't have moved much. Maybe one went nowhere. And I want to be clear: that is not failure. That's information. That flat domain is simply your next build order — the wall that needs attention next. The assessment was never a test you pass or fail. It's a map that points. A flat domain isn't a verdict; it's a direction. The room is never fully finished, and that's not a problem — that's just what it means to be a person who keeps growing.
This is proof
Whatever moved on that sheet, sit with this: you moved it. Not me. Not a slogan, not a video. Your reps. The mornings you did the grounding log when you didn't feel like it. The DEAR MAN you actually delivered. The wave you rode instead of fed. This is the perception finally catching up to the practice — exactly what I told you would happen back in module five. The proof was always going to be your own. And here it is.
The rep
Your rep, and it feeds your final deliverable: write down the three domains that moved the most. Those are your wins — name them, claim them. And note the one or two that stayed flat — those go into your maintenance plan. This comparison is the anchor for the protocol you're about to build. Next lesson, we take six weeks of skills and turn them into one page you'll actually keep.
